What is kinesiology
Kinesiology is a recognised, gentle, holistic (body, mind and spirit) complementary therapy that incorporates several concepts from the Chinese 5-Element teaching and the energetic flow of meridians with acupressure points. It also draws on findings from Western medicine, neurology, pedagogy and psychology.
Muscle testing allows direct communication with the subconscious, enabling quicker identification and release of imbalances in the energy system.
Kinesiology, from the Ancient Greek for «the study of movement,» promotes Movement at all levels of human existence and supports health and well-being in the comprehensive sense. Clients gain access to their subconscious patterns through self-awareness. Treatments are guided with a focus on goals and resources. The clients' personal responsibility and motivation are of invaluable benefit to success.
Activating self-healing powers is based on the certainty that the solution and the potential for change lie within every person can be found themselves.

In my practice, I support clients with chronic complaints, psychosomatic symptoms, or medical conditions that are difficult to explain. In doing so, emotional or biographical factors such as long-past stressful experiences or relationship problems often emerge, which can influence the healing process.
I also support children who suffer from functional or psychosomatic complaints such as stomach aches, sleep problems, restlessness, anxieties, concentration difficulties or recurring symptoms without a clear organic cause. These complaints are often related to stress, developmental phases or family burdens.
Kinesiology work is resource-oriented, gentle, and child-appropriate. It aims to strengthen the child's self-regulation and promote their inner sense of security. Children are allowed to work at their own pace and do not have to explain or achieve anything.
Not everyone had a happy childhood. Some have experienced (emotional) abuse, violence, and trauma. These experiences, more or less severe, naturally shape them later in life too.
We ourselves shape our world with our thoughts and assumptions. It's not about denying or suppressing difficult or stressful feelings and experiences, because ultimately they have made us who we are.
It's about integration, about appreciating the difficult, about acknowledging the life training we've gone through. This way, we can now – where we are today – continue in a lighter and freer manner. We can integrate our feelings, experiences, and patterns by perceiving them. They have a good reason to be there. At the same time, that reason no longer exists today. Thus, we can change something.

The 38 flower essences correspond to 38 different archetypal fundamental soul patterns of humans. They are, so to speak, the plant representatives of the respective aspects of our inner world in the outer world.
Dr. Bach's flower essences are simple to use. They can be taken with conventional medicines without any concerns, as they do not act directly on the body, but rather on the mind, feelings and thoughts.
